Avv. Francesco Del Deo

Born on January 15, 1979, after completing a classical high school education, he graduated in Law from the University of Genoa, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude. His thesis, titled “La pianificazione territoriale in Francia” was prepared abroad as part of the Erasmus program at the Pantheon Assas Paris II University.

For the aforementioned thesis, he won the competition for the award of the Graduate Prize “Prof. Mazzoni – Anno 2001-2002” of the University of Genoa for the best thesis in administrative law – urban planning sector.

In the 2004/2005 academic year, he graduated from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Genoa, with a dissertation on “Domanda di tutela comunitaria e diritto penale Italiano”.

He is registered with the Genoa Bar Association and the Ligurian Regional Criminal Chamber since 2007, and he has been qualified to practice before the Superior Jurisdictions since May 2018, following the passing of the exam established under Article 22 of Law 247/2012.

In addition to his never interrupted legal career in the criminal sector, over the years, he has taught courses in criminal and administrative law at the Provincial College of Surveyors of Genoa, Themis Srl (a school for public administration), and ISCOT (Institute for Research, Training, and Consulting) operating under the auspices of Ascom Genova. He has also taught at private institutions for professional training of security personnel and driving school teachers.

Since September 2018, he has been a member of collegial Supervisory Bodies and has participated in organizational modeling for the prevention of crimes in the corporate environment in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.

He is founding member of the Association “Centro Studi per la legalità d’Impresa”.

He has been a speaker at conferences on criminal law organized by the Ligurian Regional Criminal Chamber and the Order of Chartered Accountants of Naples, among others.

He speaks English and French.
